Return Conditions
NOTE: Returns are not free; the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
ATTENTION! If you wish to cancel your purchase but your order has already been shipped, you may return it immediately upon receipt.
Return Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes, that is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
The order still contains all parts and the packaging exactly as you received it.
Breakages caused by improper handling are excluded.
Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
The product must be reported as defective immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed by us within 7 business days after receipt and, if the conditions are met, officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged without our fault.
Since the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we cannot create return labels for you. However, in the event of a defect or error, we will send you a new item free of charge upon receipt.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Please make sure the email includes the following:
Order number
Reason for the return
Photo of the product in case of breakage
Customer’s first and last name
Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send returns directly to the sender!
The customer bears the cost of the return.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions below if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is only possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Juliette & Claire) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Returning shipments that are in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer shipping times may occur. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can notify us of your withdrawal in advance.
To guarantee the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping label for confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract and the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
