Average Delivery Time for All Our Packages

Once an order has been placed, it takes 1–3 business days for the order to be processed. On weekdays, processing typically takes one business day. However, if you place your order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery usually takes between 8 to 12 business days. Placing an Order

Ordering from Juliette & Claire is designed to be as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Make sure to check whether you’ve selected the correct variations. If everything looks right, click “Proceed to Checkout.” On the information page, you’ll need to enter your correct shipping details. Please ensure all information is accurate. Once everything is filled in correctly, click “Continue to Shipping.”

On the “Shipping” page, you’ll have the opportunity to review your address details again. Please also note that all orders are shipped free of charge. As a token of appreciation, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs for our customers.

You can then proceed by clicking “Continue to Payment.”
